“Surprising friendly and helpful team. We visited this evening for something to eat as a last minute decision. We haven’t been here for awhile because of the lack of welcoming. I have to say coming from a Customer service background that it felt like there was a team working here and wanting to give the same experience. I spoke and was served by at least 4 people behind the bar and they were all friendly, helpful and welcoming. It just made the pub and the experience feel different. So many pubs/restaurant lack this today. The food was great and came out quickly although they were busy. We will definitely been visiting because there was a remarkable difference in the management and feel since our last value.”
