Had a great experience. Good and service was amazing. Stayed in to eat, as it was raining so did not want to get wet. It was unexpected that you could eat in. I sad being walking past for months and did not realise that there was seating inside. Would return and recommend to others.

The food was not only amazing but nice and cheap aswell. Especially if you order through Yoyo (if you want delivery that is) Really nice batter on the fish, not too overcooked like some places and the chips are beautiful. I have never found another chip shop with such great quality sausages. The battered ones are in a league of their own. Also I love how they don't charge you extra for containers for sauces like they do at other chip shops in town. By far the best chip shop in Kidderminster.

Had dairy free amd gluten free fish and chips in batter this evening. Really tasty piece of fish, chips were great too. Wonderful service, would definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: Great for vegan and coeliac diets.

This was supposed to be a little treat for my sons and an easy option for me. I wish I had stayed home and cooked. Qued with 2 young kids, ordered, paid and was asked to wait as they had no chips. Fair enough. I move my kids away from the counter as they get restless, the chap after me orders chips, pays then leaves with his chips, ok its a small and I ordered a large so no worries. 2 more customers go through, order and leave with chips. When I politely challenge I get abuse, when I finally get my food it is thrown over the counter at me with some more abuse for good measure. I hear chip shops are a dying breed, I can see why.

Went to pick up fish n chips on Christmas Eve. Website said open until 9pm. Got there at 7.05. Closed. V disappointed. Think they should get this right.
£6.01 for a chicken burger, no salad, and don’t assume it comes with chips either - you’ll be disappointed. Apparently it’s Just Eat who mark up the prices …. well don’t use them it’s that simple. When challenged about the lack of salad I was advised I could add it - there wasn’t an option to do so. Now I’ve scoured the menu online and there’s not a stiff of salad on offer so if you like salad with your burger, spend your money where you’ll get value for money.

We usually order online from here and the food is always really good. Not sure why the negative reviews as I've not had a bad meal here. They did forget one item on last order but apologised and corrected the mistake. Will be going back.
