While walking on a cool evening, I decided to stop by Coffee#1. The friendly girl and young guy were very helpful and professional. The atmosphere and my delicious Flat White were wonderful.

Oh dear. Went on Sunday 12th November for Christmas speciality coffees with a friend. We ordered our coffees and my friends was lukewarm with very little cream, she was disappointed to say the least. I ordered mine and was overcharged, as had had the same drink e days before at a lower price!! When I queried the price the young woman tried to blind me with science about the cost of different coffee blends - which I hadn't asked for anyway! The always sullen, arrogant and rude young man that has pigeon English tried to put my sauce on with no cream first, when I stopped him he said is ordered ' no cream', no I hadn't I ordered the coffee pictured, no one adked if I didn't want cream. My drink was also barely tepid, with very little cream or sauce. Very disappointing. If this had been my first visit, it would have been my last. Having spoken with management it's sorted, but the customer service is appalling. No one goes for a coffee and pays their high prices to be ripped off, insulted, offended and given the wrong order at the wrong price. Sort your staff out Coffee 1 or you will loose a lot of customers.

a total disappointment, we were served by an arrogant young guy who didn't understand what we were saying, when we tried to explain to him what we wanted his tone of voice rose even more. we think that the manager of this place should take care of the customers and not employ people for this position who snap at the customer, are rude and lack culture, and do not speak English, because this makes it difficult to place a simple order and discourages subsequent visits. .

Lady serving us was really rude. Bad customer service. Barely anything in the bacon bap, and what there was was undercooked and fatty. Not worth it at all.

Much as I prefer to use independents whenever I can, in Pershore I find Coffee #1 to be the best in terms of consistently good coffee. So this is my default for a quick cappuccino etc. like that they always have a water jar out so you can help yourself. Can’t comment on food/cakes as I’ve never had other than the welsh cakes which are a yummy occasional treat. Also a nice place to sit in the window and watch the world go by. The staff are also very pleasant and I usually leave with a bag of coffee grinds for the garden.
The problem we had was the Airton was on and the doors at the rear were open it was warm but the Airton was on high, we asked for the staff to turn the blower down but it never happened shame because it is normally a nice place to have coffee.

A most enjoyable coffee experience ruined by an assistant who started to clean near us with a very loud vacuum cleaner at 4.45pm while it was still officially open.

Beautiful place, Latte was really nice, the lady that served me was very friendly, only issue I had was the two young men were not as friendly and one of them raised his eyebrows in an annoying way as we were holding him up when looking at the cakes. I would have liked more smiles, maybe they had a long day.

Last time I visited august 2023 asked for 2 regular lattes £3.25 each ,charged £7 , told I had been charged extra for roasted coffee beans due to the fact they had no standard coffee, I should have been told this at the time of ordering ,refused to pay extra , This had happened before ,in the past also been short changed , The woman on till said her eyes were playing up ,be very careful ,add your bill up first
