This used to be our go to for fish and chips but after this event no more. having collected and got back home, the wife's fish was absolutely diabolical. It was just like batter with no fish. Flat as a pancake. I should have persevered and returned it back to the chippy, but being 2 miles away and all settled down it was decided to stay put . We will try another chippy in Pershore next time.

just terrible, the fish and chips weren't even that good. It used to be really good but now everything is greasy and barely hot at all. and for the price you would have expected a lot better.

Collected a pre order on timeTrouble free Dinner Party for 4 - Take away Ordered over the phone collected on time requested (did not need delivery) Packed well and was still very hot when I arrived home in 15minutesThe best Fish and Chips - Large portions of fish and chips with crispy batter, one of my guest had same but light batter, fresh chips, peas & battered mushrooms all excellent at very good value with excellent service, would definitely recommend.
Amazing value and fantastic food - just what was needed after a hard week to get the weekend off to a flier. Staff were chatty and also lovely to see the place being cleaned during a quiet time. Obviously put a lot of effort and pride in their products and their standards. First class - the best burger I’ve had in years and the chips were delicious. Will come again for sure.

Came all the way from Worcester yesterday for some food out by the river as newlands fish bar had such good ratings and awards. Thought id give them a try, very impressed. The food was great and the prices are very reasonable. Staff was very polite and well mannered, will definitely be coming back.
