A great cafe to get a decent coffee, food is fresh and tasty, staff always helpful and accommodating. Well worth a visit and great to sit outside and watch the world go by. Highly recommended

Hey everyone, I recently visited this cafe in Redditch, and I have to say, it was a pretty disappointing experience. The food and drinks were not up to par, and to make matters worse, the staff was quite rude. It's a shame because I had high hopes for this place. I hope they can improve their offerings and customer service in the future.

10/10 from me. We love Aroma. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly. It is located just outside the Kingfisher Centre which means that it can seem quieter and more relaxed.

Warm, cosy, friendly and coffee 300 times better than the plastic chain places. Set fire to your Costa cards and come here instead.
We ordered a buffet for 6 people and it was really lovely. Sandwiches, quiche and savoury pastries. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Great service, would definitely recommend.

The place smells of hot sick/off milk. I suggest pulling out your appliances and checking for spilled milk. Also, they have no toilets as they’re apparently out of order - I’d also suggest getting a plumber out (they’d sort your problem very quickly). Coffee is average at best to be honest. Service was friendly and polite.
