A great place to shop, easy to navigate, clean, and friendly cafe that is adequately priced

Awful place. I will never shop there again. No staff on the shop floor, not much variety, out of stock of loads and more expensive than competitors. I specifically checked online before we went to see if I could use my Blue Light card there and it said I could, to find out at the checkout that actually I couldn’t use it.We ate in the cafe and that was just as bad. Food was clearly out of a packet, served by disinterested women who were so scruffy it was unreal. Really disappointed and won’t be going again. I thought things might have changed after my last visit there over 2 years ago but if anything it’s got worse.

Not impressed at all. There were no small trolleys available. Potatoes were marked up at £1.65.At a self service chack out when I scanned them £1.89 came up!. A woman(when I found her) corrected it. This is happening a lot at the Redditch store.I check the price o everything now.

I found this store most confusing they have changed all items moved around but it is very mixed up, I've not been to shop there for months and today found it uncomfortable to find what I needed, also the cashier flung my items down to me not giving me time to pack, also the items in Redditch store are a lot difference in price to other Morrisons, so not impressed spent more money than other Morrisons.

## Frustrating Checkout Gates at Morrisons!Morrisons really needs to sort out their checkout gates! I just finished my shopping and went to the self-service checkout, only to find the gate wouldn't open after scanning my items. It's supposed to scan to open after you pay, but it just wouldn't budge.This isn't the first time this has happened to me, either. It's incredibly frustrating, especially when you're in a hurry. Having to wait for a member of staff to come and unlock the gate adds unnecessary time to your shopping trip.Morrisons, please fix these malfunctioning gates! They're a real inconvenience for your customers.

Selection in Bromsgrove is very good ,checkouts are awful slow, poorly managed staff in general don't seem interested don't want to be there attitude, pharmacy is a joke slowest on the planet and then they get it wrong
