Shopped at your Redditch store today.Everything went OK until my husband helped an elderly man in a wheelchair,while this gentleman was being helped into a taxi my husband went back to get the gentleman's frame & shopping.Asked the lady colleague on customer services about the gentleman's belongings to get a snappy attitude answer back.Think a lesson in manners won't go amiss.
Still messy stuff on the self service takes absolutely for ever to get to you when a problem arise or even to authorise age restricted sales. Not the best place to go when in a hurry

I love shopping at Morrisons the food is always fresh and loads of choice the only trouble is that I end up spending lots more than I need to. Can't moan though as the food is exceptional.
