Pubs in Tenbury Wells

“Just wanted a cheap overnight stop on thtway to Swansea, Tenbury Wells looked good and £85 a night was even better. But instead of just a pub with a few rooms this place has been thoroughly refurbished following a flood. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed with a great bathroom. Yet downstairs in the bar they've retained the character of the original pub. Outside you can eat and drink watching the river Teme and the bridge. My only gripe is that breakfast needs a bit of work, maybe I'm just a townie but streaky bacon was a bit of a letdown.”

“Four of us went there Saturday 23rd September,we all ordered different main courses which were all delicious. I had a seafood pancake which was absolutely superb. We all had puddings which were also very good. Couldn’t fault anything about the evening .Superb ?”

“We went for the Sunday lunch for my Father I'm Laws 70th Birthday. We were absolutely blown away by the food! I am so fussy when going out for a roast dinner & I am so glad I have found somewhere that I can continue to return to. Thank you so much for such a lovely meal! Looking forward to returning very soon!Very reasonably priced too.”

“3 nights. Nice stay. Good value. Friendly staff. Yummy breakfast. Relaxed ambience in pub. Would stay again. Only reason for not giving 5 stars. Accomodation, although clean was a little tired. Am sure this will be addressed when funds available. Pub trade not easy!”
