“Great beer garden with fruit trees & separated kids area. Nice beers, especially after a long walk. Lots of people sitting out on a sunny day. Dogs welcome. Didn't eat.”

Pubs • “This is still a really good restaurant for Indian food and the menu is good but, it is not as good in my opinion as a year or two ago. Little things are letting it down. The food was hot but served in unsheathed bowls and plates so it went cold very quickly. The wild Pondicherry Prawn dish had plenty of prawns but the tomatoes that normally form a significant part of this dish were missing (well in fairness the were two small pieces of tomato) I would still select this over most Indian style restaurants but I would hope that at some point the Marlbank will return to its own very high standards.”
