Not enough staff. Those that were there were rushed off their feet dealing with customers. Only one checkout was manned. It would appear that profit over customer service is harming the Asda experience. ?
Shop is nice and some of the staff are friendly. My advice though don't use the shop and scan it's a disaster if you need someone to approve your shop.Today I waited for 20 minutes while the one team members worked with another customer and ended up giving up and going to self scan. All of a sudden other staff seem interested that the shop and scan till had been abandoned to which I went over and explained why.. no apology.. no interest in helping just generally poor customer...read full review

Getting worse day by day, very disappointed ?. Even to have just a coffee the staff are so slow and I saw some people giving up because of the waiting. The cafe was empty ??♀️
