Excellent customer service on Saturday 27th January. My Mum was taken ill and the two ladies that helped us were lovely, Claire from the self service checkouts and Loren who was a first aider. They even walked us back to the car to make sure my Mum was OK.

It's like an American store you see the price but when it's scanned it's always higher than it was advertised

Tried to buy Christmas presents for my parents, presented my id to the cashier for them not to look and refuse to sell to me.

Getting worse day by day, very disappointed ?. Even to have just a coffee the staff are so slow and I saw some people giving up because of the waiting. The cafe was empty ??‍♀️

Find the shop very well stocked with every day provitions and staff always helpful and polite

The store is okay, the staff to assist with the self checkout tills are beyond useless, blatantly ignoring people waiting for help to have a chat instead.

Avoiding if possible. Selfcheckouts are so frustrating, I hate going there just because of it. You have got not enough staff to help! If I went to normal staffed till with huge queue I would've been out faster!

i recently was very shocked and disappointed when i purchased some store gift cards and the cashier didnt upload the amount I paid. So £60 of gift cards purchased through asda And the balance was 00.00 on all of them when i went to use them straight away after leaving store ( i was checking before wrapping them for a gift) the store and customer service did nothing to help me or assist me even though I had the full receipts and gift cards and proof of 00.00 balance and only purchased minutes before..they were prepared for me to just be out of pocket ! I will not shop at asda again. Cant believe how dismissal they were of claiming non responsibility when clearly the cashier didnt upload properly .Edit from response: plenty of your team including the acting store manager had plenty of opportunities to sort but noone did they fobbed me off..luckily I uploaded all my info receipts and gift cards purchased to next and they sorted it but it should have been asda responsibility !the stress anxiety and time spent sorting wasn't good.

I went to Asda Worcester this evening and used the Scan and Go, the screen told me that a security check was needed and someone was on their way (fine), but it took more than 5 minutes for a member of staff to come over.I then realised that this was because she was the only member of staff on these checkouts at the time, then an irritated customer approached, got very close to her (I almost intervened) and said that a woman next to his checkout was having an issue - I understand that the member of staff wasn't to blame, she told me that her manager had sent two other colleagues on their break - that's why she was alone during such a busy time.Until you start putting customer service before profit, I will not come back.

Been to asda yesterday, decided to go up to the cafe to have some lunch, there was a massive que, everyone was waiting in the que for almost an hour as the cafe was under staffed and the staff that were there didn't know what they were doing, they were also rude. So everyone stood in that que for almost an hour for the staff to turn around and say "sorry, we don't have anymore food". Very disappointed with the service, If they knew they wouldn't have enough food, they should have told everyone in the first place so that the people that wanted food could walk away.
