Do not buy any pastries from this place. You can clearly see the raw dough in the picture. The worst thing is that I’m pregnant. I had a few bites of it now I am really concerned. They play with people’s health!!!

Dry piece of chocolate cake ! We went 20 minutes before closing .. the young man was quite abrupt saying they were closing in 20 minutes ( we ate and drank in less than 10 ) . The cake looked fresh and moist but it was very dry ( I think I had a dry piece from the back) . The whole place is looking tired - pity we didn't turn around and leave . Will visit the new Costa in future or many of the other coffee shops in the city .

Was shocked and appalled by the fact that when my 14month old stood on the floor and feet got disgustingly dirty, to the point I questioned the staff how often do they clean their floors, initially the staff member responded with every night then when I showed her the state of my daughters tights she said 'oh do you mean out here? We do a deep clean once per month', as if I could of meant somewhere other then the main seating area? I'm pretty sure it should be normal hygiene practice to mop and clean the floors of an establishment serving food more than once per month! Absolutely filthy and disgusting! Won't be returning if that's thier hygiene practice, heaven forbid how often they clean other areas like toilets.

Tables dirty cuttered with dirty cups and trays staff most ok , however lady at counter brown hair, unsual tendy haircut shaved into neck, very unfriendly, aggressive in her nature, we didnt feel a nice vibe, its like shes bringing her personal issues to the shop floor, stroppy moody, and makes you feel bossed around i would get rid of her of she was employed by my company as she really does not represent a good company image . Very disappointed may start going to starbucks i stead little more expensive but staff in there are very hospitable and happy to see you and professional always!

Cafe quite pleasant cleanish room for . Improvement though, if you have to assist staff clear tables clearly there's something wrong!! This is a regular thing!! 1 member staff in there is very aggressive abrupt/ and has an offensive unpleasant attitude/ I really am made to feel indebted by this lady..... I might plightly ask something she invariably finds an answer like I'm busy at the moment /or I'm doing something/ in a sharp abrupt aggressive manor, it's like she want s to air her authority on meand shout me down ....... I always thank everyone including this lady too on leaving , however, though she seems to have issues? she looks back at me like I'm not welcome/ Im made to feel very uncomfortable always seems to be awkward no matter what you say!! I have tried to ignore but you don't go to a coffee house to do this do you!!so upset now, so looking to spend my regular visit of meal /plus drinks with friends elsewhere now!!!! , I'm not paying to have a bad experience that's kinder not the idea is it!!! , it's to want to go back because you have been made to feel welcome and have had a pleasant experience...... !!!!! Sorry I've purservered long enough now, I'm upset!!!! and it s seems OK for this member staff in herself to treat the public like this OFFENSIVE Beyond!! ..... think this lady in question may be a manager? she is of brown hair shoulder length mohikcan style hair cut, and is of larger build. She seems to works both neros Worcester( shambles ) Maybe head office should do a mystery visit!! Adding to this the gloves the staff wear they touch everything around the building BUT the food /then go back to the FOOD handling with these gloves on this is not good hygiene,!! Maybe just not wear them an wash your hands in between the basic way !
