A few days ago I went to Starbucks in Worcester City Centre and with my clumsy hands I spilt my frappucino soon after buying it. Zara the barista came up to me and my husband after my little accident and cleaned up the mess and made me another frappucino on the house. She was very kind, communicative, helpful and just perfect.Thank you for making my day Zara.
