Nice food however on busy days (almost every day) it's packed and the staff rush preparing the food however this is every city centre maccies so fair enough. Toilets need cleaning

No hygeine measures. Toilets are minging if ur a woman i would squat if i were you, theres no mirrors either and they dont wear gloves while handling the food. If youre from worcester yk how gross it is. dont go during lunch ull get ur order and itll be cold, usually a bunch of roadmen outside too, the bikers are all good but not the roadmen. I recommend going to st johns mcdonalds, So much more sanitary and workers are amazing ?

Food was under cooked. Very busy when visited. No WiFi making it hard to use the app especially with the poor Vodafone signal in worster.

A bit hit and miss. I’ve been given the wrong order from this McDonald’s 3 times within the past 6 months - the first time they didn’t give the sauces I’d paid for, second time they didn’t put any jam on the muffin with jam, and third time they gave me a cheeseburger with mustard and extra pickles when I ordered one with no mustard or pickles. Good when they get it right but seems they get it wrong half the timeIf you want to order at the till you also have to wait a very long time to be served as most of the staff just walk past and ignore you

Dirty.Mess and rubbish everywhere, bins overflowing. Toilets were disgusting. Sanitary waste bins were overflowing with used female products and they had spilled out so people were leaving them on top of the bin and on the floor. Upstairs was closed at a busy time. You have extra seating upstairs so why keep it closed off? Only gave 1 star because the food didn't take long to arrive.
Staff are very friendly here always happy to help and ask if you need anything. But always very busy and atmosphere isn't the best. But I suppose is to be expected for location.

The coke was horrible. It has literally no flavour and taste like tonic water. Food are cold, McFlurry was dripping down the cup when it arrived.

Got home to find we had a burger missing. Not that busy so I'm really annoyed. Hubby had to go out and buy a burger from elsewhere, so our child had food.
