Wow what a venue. We were booked in for bottomless brunch and it's one of the best we have done. Service was great and the food was lovely, highly recommend booking. The burger was

Slow start, but got going in the end. Nice food and drinks. But bar guy was overworked imo. All round though, fabulous!

My first visit to this establishment and I was rather impressed. I didn't eat here but after witnessing the food being served will definitely visit again. The staff were kind & friendly and seemed very knowledgeable all in all I enjoyed my visit.

Fantastic for a quick bite at lunch. Cheeseburger and chips with a glass of wine £9. Couldn't believe it when it came out as a double patty. Was really tasty, too ? Went back a second time (as in Worcester for a few days) and had the steak sandwich, same price! It was perfectly cooked and again, so tasty!

It smelt like a bathroom, from the moment we walked through the door to when we got to the bar

Decent food and 2 for 1 cocktails which is good however the service has gone down hill in the last few months. I used to work behind a bar myself so I know the pressure but I was stood waiting for over 20 minutes while other people that came up way after me. It’s not great at all.

We booked to celebrate my birthday and pre ordered the martini tree. We arrived (and bear in mind it was 15:30 and still broad daylight) there was music blaring so loud you couldn't hear a thing, it felt like a nightclub, and despite the fact we'd preordered drinks, we had to go to the bar and reorder? This makes preordering a little redundant, really if there isn't someone waiting to collect payment and sort your drinks that knows what's going on.No one at the bar knew what to do and kept telling us to speak to other members of staff and when we finally found someone who seemed to know how to deal with us, she said in quite a rude tone "well you only paid £20 deposit, you still have to pay for the rest" well, seeing as I can in fact do basic maths, I was already aware of this. We just needed someone who actually knew how to process our cocktail tree request in the first place rather than keep passing us around. Her colleague was much nicer and he sorted my free birthday prosecco as well.Probably wouldn't return, which is a shame as it used to be alright in here, but this experience has really soured my impression of the place. I wasn't the only one who felt like our business was a huge inconvenience either. You get what you pay for, I suppose.
