Great experience this morning at better than most Starbucks. Was served a freshly brewed filter, in good time. Café was clean, not too loud to chat in , couple of ?in, very chill.

Service depends on the day to who is in. When I went in recently I have to say I was somewhat disappointed. It was a bit of a mess, staff were stood behind the counter talking between themselves and the drinks didn't seem warm enough.

Tom was fabulous today. He pointed out that I had free drinks to use for this visit and remembered me from past visits.Dietary restrictions: Always accommodating of requirements and never use non-oat milk ‘by mistake’ like some other branches do

In Starbucks pretty much everyday to work and study, love the atmosphere of the whole place. Everyone is so lovely, and they know my name every time I come in and ask how I am. Best coffee in Worcester where they don’t burn the almond milk!Dietary restrictions: Lactose intolerant/allergy

Food in general is okey, it's giving what you would expect from a Starbucks but it's overly priced for what it actually is. The service is good but depending on what time, if it's at a busy time then it would take a while which is expected from anywhere really. Ambiance is calm and relaxing but again it's dependant on the time if it's busy it can become problematic. Overall okay just prices are not worth what their serving

We were served by Tom/Thomas and while we are queuing for our order, he accommodated us so patiently and addressed the issue on our Starbucks app upon payment. It’s very busy there in the Starbucks Worcester Cathedral Square cause they really prepared properly the coffee we order.
