Cosy Club Worcester is located in Cathedral square of Worcester. First time in the Worcester branch. Two of us were regulars elsewhere, but for the other couple this was their first time in a Cosy Club. One of our party has a complex set of allergies, and the staff were all over it, from advising on the menu, suggesting alternatives, to even checking that the tea leaves were suitable. We came in for a meal for our anniversary. As 2 women, we were so overwhelmed by how welcomed we felt. We even had free desserts! The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a lovely night and nothing was too much trouble. Will absolutely be coming again.
