Nice refurb, food and drink options are decent. Kid friendly and a good atmosphere. Service was pretty good - food came out relatively quickly despite it being busy. Only slight complaint on that, after the initial drinks, no one ever came to take another drinks order. However the main reason this doesn’t get 5 stars is the cheeseboard - £12 was horrendously overpriced. Small amount of cheese that looked like a child had prepared it. That being said, everything else was good enough for me to want to go back.

I visited this pub a year or so ago and couldn’t drink the beer it was that bad. Having seen that the venue has been taken over by new management I (we) dared to venture in again with kids and in laws. What a transformation no longer dingy, now bright and a lovely welcoming feel. Staff and management were friendly, polite and professional. I didn’t have food on this occasion (kids had chips though which were fine) but the Guinness was excellent. Will definitely be back.

I was really excited when I found out who was taking over the Swan as the food Anchor is exceptional ! Went for breakfast today, it was absolutely delicious ! Finally a great place to eat near Droitwich ! Highly recommend will be back soon !

Having recently changed hands we popped in for a nosey. Being fully booked over the weekend we managed to squeeze in for Breakfast and have since popped in for a drink.They have given the pub a new lease of life. It has a feeling of light and airy but also a feeling of being snug and cosy at the same time. Bar staff were smiley and also helpful. Food great. Definitely worth a visit.

the beer and drinks were dreadful because they didn't realise the gas needed changing, the food took an eternity to come out and when it did was cold! the vegan mains were not what we're ordered! pre ordered at that! they served congealed rice on a roast! not the tart! tried telling me it was lentils! it wasn't it was rice! and either way was not what was ordered or even close. staff were lovely but clueless! chefs need firing! the whole table agreed it was some of the worst food we had ever received! sides came out after then mains were complete and finished! no checks on food! long waits at the bar! and then the bill was incorrect and it took them the best part of an hour to figure it out! over all an abysmal experience

Plenty of seating and comfortable. Very few staff, so waited at an empty bar for a long time to order food. Not the first time this has happened either... Staff ok, but not particularly friendly or interested in service. Food is good and decent selection of beers on tap. Plenty of parking.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcome. The staff are all really friendly and efficient.Food was delicious and perfectly cooked and well presented. Throughout the evening the service was excellent.I will certainly be revisiting and recommending The Swan to friends and family.
