We called in 'on spec' a couple of weeks ago in mid-afternoon as we were passing. We were impressed by how spacious, clean, tidy, warm and welcoming the place was. The staff were all friendly and most helpful. The food was well prepared, hot and delivered very quickly and there was plenty of it. A good selection of drinks was available. My wife carried out the obligatory toilet inspection, (often the best way to judge an establishment), and reported that she was suitably impressed....read full review

We booked here for a large number (10 in the end) for a birthday meal. From booking, to queries, to changing numbers the customer service was great. We were given our own section in the top left which was a lovely space. Food was great, we had all different.... Steak/burgers/gammon/lasagne... No problems with any. Food came out fast and the service was great. Thank you for accommodating us and making her birthday evening run smooth. Would recommend and will book again ?

Went on a new opening night and menu was half price so had 3 courses and wow food was excellent, everything fresh, and tasted fantastic. Most staff were cheerful and eager to please. New menu was fantastic and very reasonably priced. This is what was needed with the cost of living at the moment. A wonderful night we have booked again and defo going to try the bingo night
