Only 3 stars for atmosphere as a lunchtime so quiet. Food was lovely and reasonably priced. Will go back next time in Worcester.

We have eaten here often and the food is always good. However tonight the service was terrible. We booked a table for 8.15. Stood in a queue till 8.45 when we asked when we would be seated. We were shown to the bar where there was no member of staff and we stood getting knocked by waiting staff for another 10 minutes. When we were finally seated, drinks took forever. It is not cheap to eat here, there was no apology, not even an acknowledgement of the poor service and long wait. We were not the only customers in this situation. Many were complaining. Such a shame.

Ate here Friday from thespecial lunchtime menu. Good choices available and excellent portion sizes (certainly didn't feel like you were getting less because of the deal price).Friendly service and cosy atmosphere. Will be happy to return if visiting Worcester again.

It’s a nice chill Thai restaurant. Staff were accommodating, great food and drink presentation, and overall great restaurant ambiance.

I want to start on a positive, sadly it is the only positive from my expereince here, but he food was incredible. The vegan options were great too. However, we now get onto the negatives. Sadly the meal was ruined by the appauling service. We were a large group that had booked for 1845 for my mates birthday. We turned up between 1843 and 1847 and after a few minutes a woman came over to us and we explained we had a table booked for 1845. She said ok and dissapeared. 15 minutes went by before we were finally sat down. The table was placed in a corner and was a very tight squeeze for some of the group. None of us are overweight and the restaurant felt like there were too many tabkes and seats squeezed in for the size of the place. After 50 minutes (no exaggeration) no one had come and taken our order not even for drinks. Other people had come in much later than us and were eating food before we were even served. One of the group had gone up to the bar 4 or 5 times to ask for some service and everytime were told "someone is coming". If it takes 50 minutes for staff to walk to a table to take an order then something is very wrong. The male waiter seemed more interested in taking the order of the group of women who came in 15 minutes after us then taking our order. When the food came the waiter seemed disinterested and we had a difficult time knowing what plate was what. They also forgot one plate for one of our group, to which that member had to go up and ask where there meal was. No one came over to ask how our food was. At the end we asked for the bill and after another 15 minutes waiting for the bill to come we got fed up and went to the bar to pay our bill. The lady at the bar made a comment that they bring the bill to the table as we were now making the bar area look untidy. We got the bill and split it between us and worked out how much the cost would be per person. It turns out after we left after discussing with the group that half the group overpaid by £5!! That is a minimum overpayment of £20. A deposit was paid of £60 for this reservation and we were made to feel unwelcome. We were told the deposit is refundable once the bill is paid but the man behind the bar took the deposit money off the bill and it took a while to get this issue resolved as it unfair that 1 person had to pay more than everyone else, when we were told deposits are refundable. It was my first and now only visit to The Thai Gallery. If you want good Asian food go to Singapores down the road with amazing service and food.

To start off - food was incredible. Really. But the service… booked for 11 for a bday, it took them about 10 minutes to put together the tables (knowing the fact that we’d be coming still), 50 minutes (not exaggerating) to have someone over to grab our order for drinks (after a friend had to ask), and then made us pay more than necessary and wanted to take the deposit. A bit brutal in my opinion!

-Food was outstanding-Atmosphere was lovelyThe service, was completely awful..we waited an hour for a drinks order and had to keep asking for staff to take our order, as other tables were seated after us and having their order taken before us and eating before us even though we had booked in advanced for my best friends birthday. The waitress was also rude and abrupt and had such an attitude toward us because we got fed up of waiting for them to bring the bill after pushing back plans after dinner.

We waited an hour for the waiters to come and to take our order, then we waited a lot for just having our drinks. They were serving other people without wondering about us.The service was really bad. Hopefully, my main was ok.

Very good food, amazing but we had to wait 15 min to get our table ready with a reservation and then 45 min to order even if we asked multiple times to get our order. Not even any drinks order. Also, when we had to pay, it has been an absolute mess... it's a shame because again the food was great.
