Busy pub with sport on big screens, had chicken strips, cheesy chips and garlic bread, everything was lovely but the garlic bread was a bit strong for our liking, will be going back soon
Local pub for the locals. Everyone seems to know everyone like the American show Cheers and like that show, when you walk in you can sence a uncomfortable air as the locals meerkat heads up you for acceptance see who your meeting there by sussing what you're about. Once you're in you're in and can feel at home, by the time you leave you're practically family. Also like Cheers it's 80's, it's tired, the car park is huge but also very tired looking. Great pub. It just needs a little TLC.Great people behind the bar and very good pint with good people!Kid-friendliness: No problem with kids until a certain time.Parking: Parking ok, not as much as it was but still OK.
