This Costa has become my lunch-time saving grace. Consistency is always provided as you would expect from an international chain. Food quality is as anticipated given mass-suppliers, but I find that to be a minor reason behind my visiting.The staff always appear enthusiastic, or otherwise pleasant in their demeanour. Friendly staff with a big upstairs seating area in addition to the downstairs section. The offer is consistently good with a usually good range of food to choose from. Occasionally the music can be a bit obtrusive, especially upstairs.

I love this branch of Costa Coffee. I tend to use this branch to catch up on work, meet friends or have meetings. The Atmosphere is very relaxed and staff are extremely professional and welcoming.
