Not a complaint against any branch as such, but costa as a whole. We use Costa lot and save the beans for a "free" coffee. Well free in that you spend about £45 to get enough beans. But it's not really a free coffee, it's a discounted coffee, not usable with any other offers. For example, They had an offer - get a £4.15 bacon roll for £2.50 with any hot drink. The staff are really kind and helpful, the food and drink is presentable as expected ☺️ it’s a lovely place to relax and get some work done, or even just for a treat. This location closes later than others which is convenient. I have many food intolerances and the lovely member of staff on the till got the allergy book for me to run through my milk options.She then washed the milk jug to ensure there was no cross contamination. Very friendly
