78 High St, Clapham, Bedford1st time here. I ordered the breakfast with the scrambled eg. I had the capacino was delicious and the orange juice was ok. In all a nice breakfast for the price. Staff were very pleasant.

Sharnbrook Deli Café
63 High St, Sharnbrook, BedfordBeautiful little cafe in the heart of sharnbrook. Tucked away on a little road, blended in with the architecture of the old style buildings, the Sharnbrook cafe deli is such a cosy quaint little spot for a whosleome lunch or a stunning coffee!
It was my first time visiting the cafe and I can whole heartedly say it is one of the most lovely cafes I’ve visited. Such a friendly atmosphere with the staff being super accommodating and informative and honest when advising me on what to have in relation to my allergies. The food is so good and wholesome. I ordered one of their sandwiches and it really is filled with goodness ? Their pastries on display are also incredible alluring. Although I didn’t have a sweet treat due to my allergies, I have great word from family members we bought home baked good too that they were absolutely moreish!! I did manage to have a a veggie pastry roll which oh my god ? For a veggie option it was scrumptious!!
Also I had a chai latte and it was one of the best if ever had! Will genuinely just be going back for that if nothing else ??
You can tell a lot of thought and love and time has gone into making this place soft and genuine and even though it’s a little drive out for me, I would go back there again and again!

The Mill Coffee Shop
Bridge End, Bromham, BedfordHighly recommend The Mill Coffee Shop to everyone. Stunning location with easy access to walks near around the river area. The place itself is lovely inside, loads of plants and paintings around. Has a cool old barn feel but very clean and decorated nicely.
The food and drinks have always been lovely and reasonably priced. It is always busy but you still get your food in great time. They will let you know if it's particularly crazy in the kitchen but you would be more than happy just hanging out there. There is a river room at the back that overlooks the river with an old river wheel which is super cool.
The staff are always absolutely lovely and chatty even when you can see they are rushed off their feet but they never seem flustered and take the time to provide excellent customer care.
I've been so many times now they know my usual order.
Definitely give this place a visit and recommend to your friends.
Dog and child friendly and they also do some events over the summer.
Anyway enjoy your visit :) you won't regret it :)

O for Coffee
Unit 1, Oakley Park Station Rd, Oakley, BedfordThis is a very pleasant little local cafe attached to a very well stocked haberdashery and craft shop. The staff are very friendly and welcoming and a good range of snacks, light meals and, most importantly, cakes are available. Though not itself located in the most scenic part of Oakley, this cafe makes a useful final stop for a local walk.

The Spice Tree Sharnbrook
Templars Way, Sharnbrook, BedfordStayed for 1 night on the 05/10/24 with my partner as we were going to Japfest at Santapod the next day and it's only 20 minutes away instead of an hour and a half from where we live.
Bobby and the staff were all welcoming and friendly and our room was spotless as was our en-suite (Also get the use of a spotlessly clean kitchen to prepare your own food from home if you don't want eat in the restaurant).
Went in to restaurant for a meal and the food was bang on, full of flavour and great value for money.
Will definately be going back if we go to Santapod or anywhere near and need to be up early in the morning.
