I've ordered from Paradise for years but service is getting worse in the last six months. Orders turning up incorrect despite the front of house correctly taking the orders. On this occasion we ordered at 7pm the first order was wrong and said they would send out a replacement soon, my order finally arrived at 9.30pm. It's a Friday night and I expect delays. Order from here quite regularly now. Portion size is great, Food is very tasty. Delivery can take some time but normally order on a Friday night so that's understandable. Definately my go to place for a chicken doner
Called in to collect an order.It was ready on the counter on arrival. I was ignored while he cut the meat off the Kebab. Collected it up and put it in the container to keep warm.He then started to put meat on the grill. Still ignoring me.One of the other staff came out from the back and he ignored me as well.Must have been 4 minutes with my order on the counter getting cold while the worked on things thst could wait.
