I have been to this particular Costa many times while vacationing in the UK. The coffee is good, I would say a little better than other places with similar price point. It is the staff that make this particular location shine. I have met several different staff, and they have all been friendly, and very courteous. Highly recommend this location, if not for the coffee, at least to keep you smiling.
