You only live once, and although some people would say this restaurant and Luton Hoo are very expensive you go for the quality of food, service and surroundings. However, another very important element is the staff and beyond doubt the way we were treated was exemplary. I would like to mention Sharon who was our waitress at the Brasserie and was also present at breakfast. She is an asset to your business!
We visited on a weekday lunchtime. The restaurant was quiet so we were promptly seated and served.There was a wine list but we weren't offered any other drinks other than water for the table, which was a bit odd.All the food was great, though and coffees afterwards were also fine.
