I couldn’t recommend this restaurant anymore if I tried. The customer service and attention to detail was astonishing. Zaq went above and beyond to ensure my friends proposal was beautiful.The whole team were so lovely and friendly creating a very welcoming atmosphere.I will definitely be visit the restaurant again.
I recently hosted my baby shower at IRMAK LOUNGE and was blown away by the exceptional hospitality. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect. The attentive and friendly waitstaff took care of our needs, including dietary restrictions, while making the children feel welcome. I dined at this restaurant for my birthday with my family.We booked a table on a Monday evening and it was quiet y the time but it was perfect for us.The staff and owner were pleasant and attentive.The food was lovely and we all enjoyed our meal.I was spoilt with an amazing birthday baclava dessert was soo delicious!Thank you all, we’ll be back!
