Guy on the phone was very rude and unhelpful. Customer service is not a strong point. Driver got sent to the wrong place but was very understanding and was very helpful. Won't be ordering from here again, food was sup par and service was out of order.Response: your driver admitted this happens on just eat all the time and if you look at the delivery notes it does have a ascot address, learn to read instructions then (just a suggestion). Very prompt delivery. The special traditional prawn fried rice was tasty and the best I've had locally. The mixed pad Thai was good but did lack a little spice would have been 5 stars otherwise. (I do like hot and spicy food though). The prawns in both dishes were large and succulent.Will definitely be using again.Update 18/06/23. Had the Singapore mee goreng and Nasi goreng with stir fried veg, delivered on time and all were tasty. Currently our favourite takeaway on Bracknell.
