Wouldn't let us order cokes with our vegetarian meal which makes literally no logical sense, bad customer service - when we received our food, the portions of chips were tiny and only filled half the bag compared to every other BK I've been to

Disappointing - arrived at 10.15pm but it had already closed despite website saying it was open until 11pm. Staff didn’t bother to tell us they were closed either even though they could see us waiting to be served.

Been here a couple of times due to KFC being either useless or closed. Friendly staff. Nice hot, fresh food. Can't really fault BK?

Love a burger king, having travelled all day we decided to use membury BK last night. There first of all was a communication problem which led to the rude assistant becoming annoyed ( I speak perfect English - with a Scottish accent), it appeared the gentleman in front had the same problem. We eventually got our order in successfully but while waiting watched 2 customers leave in disgust. Certainly will not use this facility here again which is a shame as it is our nearest burger king

If you want a stale bun a bit of lettuce rubber chicken covered in salt this has to be the place for you. Over priced and nasty. Oh if you are disabled you get to use the escalator to go up but to come down you have to do a safari to find the lift. That is if it is not locked. If you cant use the stairs then horrors of horrors you have to stay there and wait for rescue. Miss it if you can.
Stop off with my son yesterday the drinks were all flat no fizz after a day at santa pod I needed a cold drink not luke warm and flat

Really give this place a miss shouldn't even be open in my eye's.. i bought a burger king today a large meal which in my opinion was way over priced £9 the chips was really nice couldn't complain about them but as from the burger it was disappointing it was burnt no flavour flat really wish i took a picture now couldn't even finish it in the end what i did eat has gave me stomach ache for the pass 3 hour's should of turned the car around and got my money back but just wanted to get home i know one thing tho i will be making a complete to burger king main office will never be eating there again try kfc next door ðŸ‘ðŸ‘
