A friendly town pub that is dog friendly. Only one real ale was available when I visited which was Wadworth 6X and was well kept.

Paul Stow

Friendly local is smarter inside than it appears from the exterior. Wadsworth ales in good condition.

Such a warm and welcoming pub! Great selection of beers and gin. They've got a lovely beer garden for a sunny day too.

Best pub in town by a country mile, always friendly always fun. Give it a go, what do you have to lose. I did once and never left ?

What a crock! A booking for a table made in advance to be able to enjoy the British and Irish lions v cell c sharks game which starts at 6pm cancelled because of the euros semi-final and people wanting to book for the football. Did they not think we would stay to watch the football as well. The football kick off is only at 8 pm. How very narrow-minded...if I could give less than 1 star I would...awful customer service!

Fabulous food, even the kids cleared their plates. Vegan cheese for the pizza really made it worth the visit ?
