When the baristas get the order right it’s a great experience but often I will have a coffee in & take away piece of cake 9 times out of 10 I arrive home with lemon drizzle cake instead of banana and walnut cake (I dislike lemon drizzle cake greatly) since it isn’t cheap, don’t think I will go back, used to go 2/4 times a week for breakfast & brunch.

No idea how to make a pistachio iced latte. Have tried great ones from other branches. Told her it was not right and she became defensive, made it again and it was still bad. Don’t hire people to make drinks if they can’t make them.

Everything was fine but very disappointed that my milkshake which I had in (not takeaway) was served in a single use cup. Come on guys - we pay extra for sitting in so would like a proper cup, and we don’t want to contribute to more waste

Genuinely such a nice place, staff are always kind, energetic, charismatic and patient to wait for your order. Seating is comfortable, there are comfy squishy cushioned sofas and more firm chairs for which ever seating you prefer, staff give good recommendations and talk as if you knew them from day one, respectfully, genuinely and humourously, deffo recommend if you want a nice drink, saying that the drinks are delicious, ive tried all sorts from simple coffees to extravagent creamy frappés and they are all delicious, cant say how good the food is but it looks d e l i c i o u s. 10/10 would recommend, best cafe nero ive been to B)

If your looking for somewhere you can sit down, relax and enjoy a hot or cold drink then this would be it. The staff were really helpful and the atmosphere felt really relaxed. It is a great place to go to and have a catch up with some friends or family while also enjoying great products so I would definitely recommend.
