Food not cooked properly and the staff insisting its a marinade inside the chicken. Inside the meat. No comments. No one to talk to there about it too. ?

My husband popped in for something warm to eat and drink on a very very cold day at lunchtime and was shocked to find that KFC are no longer providing hot drinks. It was freezing outside. ? He was very very disappointed. So it's back to MacDonalds in the High Street next time. KFC you are missing out. Please bring back hot drinks. Even the staff can't get one ?

I was shocked wen I saw none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair and beard net. They were touching the food with hands then touching screen etc with same hand. No organisation. Definitely staff need training and discipline. Shame big brand with poor representatives.

We ordered through Just Eat, the delivery was wrong - a completely different order for a completely different person. We said to the driver this isn't even our name and he insisted we needed to keep the delivery and ring the restaurant. We called KFC Maidenhead and they said ring Just Eat. We looked at the order and it was placed hours ago and the food was stone cold. You need to be shut down, the staff were unhelpful and glad to wash their hands of us. Hopefully Just Eat give us a refund because right now we're £22 poorer and no dinner. Disgraceful place, we will never use you again.

Popped in for lunch yesterday. Staff behind the counter were pretty disinterested and not particularly friendly or welcoming. Ordered a Zinger meal and a cookie. The burger was lukewarm (even though I ate inside) and to add insult to injury, one third of my cookie was missing!

Typical KFC when it comes to food items, but the staff isn't maintaining it properly. The tables aren't clean, we literally saw leftovers on most of the tables, even on floors - so cleanliness gets zero points.\\nAlso, we ordered for eat-in, but we were given in takeaway bag - when we asked for a tray - the staff gave it but not with a happy face at all (seems they weren't interested for eat-in customers).

There are 3 basic requirements for food. The right temperature, the right order and for it to taste good. KFC have taken the flavour aspect away because it tastes how it does so they have 2 things to focus on that they’ve never managed to get right!\\n\\nI’m not entirely sure how hard it is to count out the correct pieces of chicken, put a pot of gravy in a bag or to make sure the chips are hot but from a customer experience, it must be pretty hard because I’ve never experienced all of the above!

Clean, with large enough sitting space. Fast working staff.\\nOne of the ordering machinee is out of order for a long time.\\nExpect some wait because of the number of delivery orders (many deliveroo, Uber eat,... drivers even when it looks quite)

Poor customer service. Big turnover of people here.\\nPlease always check your takeway. These people never ever put your order right! Never! There are always things missing, sometimes half of your order, so I do check now before leaving the premises and today again 4 items were missing! Careless people, poor service, dirty tables.

Ordered various items for friends and delivered all the wrong items. Called the shop to report it and they simply hung the phone up! Not interested! Food was also very average and almost cold! Avoid! MacD much better !

My stepdad orderd our food from just eat as soon as it arrives the food is cold items missing and he spent £43.17 for what trying to call up kfc but don’t seem to give a damn very disappointed and outraged by this clearly kfc don’t care about their customers.

Poor service. I went in to buy, served by Harpreet (transaction: 1009). Got my order wrong. Filled my drink, didnt ask if i wanted ice. When I said I did, it seemed she was annoyed.\\nFood wasnt nice, it was clearly sat out for a few hours (I picked up at 1147am so not sure how long ago it was cooked!)/\\nNot going back to this KFC again!

Every time i go to this place I just know that the order will be short so last wednesday was the last time ever these people are deliberately short selling for about the last 10 times there is always something missing out of your order\\nAnd when you asked them to deliver the short fall \\\"we don't have any drivers \\\" which is a lie because it says on the advert for the shop \\\"deliveries\\\" why are kfc employing these people they should be ashamed themselves\\nIf you want a nice evening in without hi blood pressure eat somewhere else Charlatans all of them

I had a delivery. The Ubber eats guy was fine. But the food was revolting. Dry and totally over flavoured with salt. I chucked most of it in the bin. I will never get anything from there again. Inedible!

This place is shocking! Ordered food via a delivery app for a whole meal to be missing. When I called they said nothing we can do but offer the missing food if I go in store next time- my son had no dinner but they could not care less. Avoid at all costs we certainly won’t order again.
