I was shocked wen I saw none of the kitchen staff were wearing hair and beard net. They were touching the food with hands then touching screen etc with same hand. No organisation. Definitely staff need training and discipline. Shame big brand with poor representatives.
We ordered through Just Eat, the delivery was wrong - a completely different order for a completely different person. We said to the driver this isn't even our name and he insisted we needed to keep the delivery and ring the restaurant. We called KFC Maidenhead and they said ring Just Eat. We looked at the order and it was placed hours ago and the food was stone cold. You need to be shut down, the staff were unhelpful and glad to wash their hands of us. My husband popped in for something warm to eat and drink on a very very cold day at lunchtime and was shocked to find that KFC are no longer providing hot drinks. It was freezing outside. ? He was very very disappointed. So it's back to MacDonalds in the High Street next time. KFC you are missing out. Please bring back hot drinks. Even the staff can't get one ?
