We first used this place about 1/2 a year ago. The pizza was delightful and the chips was to die for. We were so happy we had found a good place. However, we went back today and got a collection thinking it would be just as good.Everything was tough and cold, everything must had been sitting around for quite sometime.The pizza was slights greasy and lack in any taste. They had changed the chips and was very lukewarm and not as good, there was suppose to be mezze with them, but nothing.Very disappointed in this meal.

Terrible. Came yesterday Monday. Service lovely - no problem, nice staff.But the place reeked of bad oil! Reheated oil over and over again. Still I was daft enough to order.Anyway, chips were brown and tasteless. Whatever happened to nice golden white fresh chips that do not smell?Still the guy could see nothing wrong with them!Then order mixed lamb shish and donor kebab. Thinking I would get a skewer of lamb shish I was wrong. What he did was give me very tiny piece of lamb shish and covered the bread with a tonne of donor kebab! I mean bucket loads of it. It was awful.I took it back and he said he did me a favour and gave me extra meat. Donor meat, not lamb shish which was hardly any!This place is so bad, i t wasn't like this before.Came home and my jacket smelt of grease that my wife had to hang it outside - this has never happened before which shows how bad the oil was.Then their card machine is out of order! Having read a review 3 months ago saying machine out of order it looks like they only take cash! This place has DODGY written all over it.Oh, and I had a tummy ache all night. AVOID!

I've left a customer around.Found this place on maps.Honestly best garlic sauce ever tasted in UK.Burger and FRIES were also fantastic.Thanks ????

Absolutely awful, do not go here if you want to actually receive what you’ve ordered.I decided to try Lokanta and ordered a chicken Lamb mixed shish. I requested a pot of chilli sauce on the side and made it very clear not to add this to the kebab. When passing me the bag I noticed there was no pot of sauce, they discussed this amongst themselves and passed me the pot, I again said, no chilli sauce on the kebab and they confirmed. I got home and the kebab was smothered in chilli sauce, they clearly realised they’d messed up whilst I was still there and hoped I wouldn’t say anything. I called and it was blamed on being busy.The kebab consisted of loads of overcooked dry chicken and three tiny chunks of lamb. The lamb was so chewy to the point it was inedible.Most certainly won’t use them again. Stick to Kebab elite, much better quality and always get what you’ve paid for!P.s don’t think you can pay by card here as their machine is down and only take cash.

Will never order again! I will ordered 2 kebabs a wrap and chips. Wrap was supposed to have bbq sauce in but came with mayo and one of the kebabs was supposed to have mayo and came with none. I called to say the order was wrong and they apologised and said they would send out a new wrap and kebab. When the driver came back they only sent the wrap and no kebab. I called back again and they were arguing amongst themselves about who in the shop got it wrong. When I asked for a refund because the order was still wrong and the rest of the food was cold by now they said they wouldn’t refund me. All they did was say sorry so I’m left with the food cold and wrong food still

Very very late delivery which was not complete. Absolutely shocking customer services, put the phone down numerous of times. Manager very rude and refused to help with the situation. Disappointed is an understatement - food, delivery time and customer services!! Stay clear - go to kebab elite instead!!
