Sometimes for convenience you just gotta go to McDonalds, and the service in Maidenhead has always been good. Credit where it's due for a well designed interior. Just avoid peak times when its too crowded.

Really busy outlet almost at all times.Staff are friendly..Has a washroom for all which is clean.Children have tabs to play games on.Kid-friendliness: Have a few games to keep them engaged..

The few on-line delivery orders I've placed, always get an item missing from my order. Just today my cheeseburger was missing even though it was on the receipt. My husband tried to call and it wasn't going through. So disappointed!!! Staff need to check the order properly before sending off for delivery. How hard is that???!!!!!

Like all restaurants clean and tidy. Food as per the norm delivered and hot but doesn't stay that way for long.
I know it is only mcdonald's but I expect hot food. Chips were only warm and very limp. Place was packed with tables full of 10 to 15 year old that weren't even eating. Complete shambles.

Generally okay if you visit the store. The last two weeks I've done a breakfast McDelivery and twice now the delivery was incomplete! One muffin missing! How hard can it be!?

The restaurant looked very clean and tidy.Order machines were working well.Tables and chairs nicely spaced out.Food came quickly and was hot.Chicken and bacon salad was disappointing, one slice of tomato, 3 bits of cucumber, and lots of the same greens. I decided I don't like mcdonalds grilled chicken either, the texture seems wrong.Overall, it was a nice mcdonalds with efficient staff and service.Parking: Parking is near by, paid parkingWheelchair accessibility: No steps into the building.Dietary restrictions: Next to nothing gluten freeA few vegan optionsThere is always salad!
