Is the restaurant still open, we have attempted to go several times this year but everything is locked up and in darkness. Such a shame as it is one of our favourite restaurants in Newbury
We had a lovely meal. The only criticism I have is that their kid's menu is not great, not many choices. When we sat down the waitress told my children that they don't have any pizza and they only have chicken shish available for them.

We have been to La De Kichen many times and the food and service have always been excellent. The kebab dishes and bulgar are great, the turkish casseroles are really good quality and a big portion if you are hungry! The Tzatziki and bread starter is a highlight - we have never needed to trouble the desert menu, and the Turkish red wine is great also - fantastic to see someone recommend something for once. It is rarely busy but we usually go early, at 6 or 7.
