Visited here today Friday 8th December. The staff are amazing, helpful and friendly. I would like to say a huge thank you to all of the staff working in the makeup department. Unfortunately I lost the paper I had with all of their names .But the ones I can remember are.Molly.Holly.AdamThere was also a lady working at the Dior counter, who was lovely.
Love this old fashioned department store - nothing old fashioned when you get inside! Wonderful service. The lady on the Bobby Brown counter remembered my friend despite it being 9 months earlier. She couldn't have been more helpful.

A great traditional department store. The store is always nice clean and tidy. A great selection of items but more on the higher end designer prices. A good place to grab something not normally at the traditional high street shops. Staff are polite and friendly.
