This is a busy location and needs more parking spaces to accommodate the customers, a good range of food outlets and with clean toilets.

Got to be the worst food I have ever been served , Just no fish was cooked within an inch of it life Chips had bad bits on them Beans were cold

Food was the same as normal, more expensive because well, it's the Services, and even though it was late evening and the place was nearly empty they still hadn't cleaned the tables.

Queue of at least 80 ladies and some were elderly. Poorly designed toilets with several out of order. Not the cleaners fault but poor management. In need of an overhaul.

Would like to make you aware plastic bottled water should not be stored in direct sunlight on the front of the store due to a chemical reaction between sunlight and plastic.

Calling it worthless would be an understatement of the year. But so are all services with burger king. And for a burger king lover this hurts to say. Everything's closed by 2200. Even Costa was closed. Starvation mode or just settle for one of the over 600 McDonald's restaurants open somewhere else.

My first rest stop since leaving Gatwick. Nice and clean, peaceful. I'd just arrived from the U.S.A. and needed a break. Some areas at this rest stop seemed kind of secluded, i liked that.

We stopped here on our way through the UK. We decided to go to Hampton Court here. There were warm bready things, pies and pasties, happy stodge... The coffee was also alright...
What does a petrol station need in order to make my heart sing? I'm not so sure I know.

Want to fuel at £1•489 a liter, then this is the place for you
Very expensive fuel. Unleaded 1.32 per liter but all pumps but one marked as out . The other side of the only not marked as out pump was labeled as out of unleaded . Super unleaded at 1.489 a liter, are they really out of regular unleaded? Needed fuel , felt mugged.
Unleaded is 1.18 to 1.22 a liter at other stations.
Commented on fuel price to cashier. Was greeted with a shrug. Was seen taking pictures and told to stop using my phone by the cashier. Unimpressed by fuel (though food looked good) at this station. I feel a slightly mugged and will avoid this and other BP outlets if I can.
