Absolute nightmare if you go with more than 2 people on a busy day. Went for mother's day and after waiting for 40 mins outside with more than 3 two tops being brought to the front of the queue I confronted the hostess who told me they wont hold tables and only push them together if 2 people leave at the same time. This was after her seating a 2 top next to another table of 2 that was clearly finishing up. I had to leave in the end. The family of 5 in front of me had a little kid balling her eyes out as so many people had gone past them. Literally logic evades the hostess. Don't bother.

Not worth the hype. I ordered the Mexican brunch- this had no sour cream or jalapenoes, it was way too tangy/ sour - probably used all the liquid from the canned peppers into the dish. Scrambled eggs didn’t have the usual colour- they were grey- I researched this and this is because they were cooked at very high temperature- so I guess not nice and slow scrambled eggs but cooked quickly at cranked up temps

Very very impressed with Cafe Yolk! Every time we walked past it, there was always a queue, now we know why!The price is a little above average but what you’re getting for it is well worth it. We had the Canadian breakfast and the Indecisive. Both were so well made, without any grease. All of the different food on the plates were uniquely flavoured and everything was so yummy in its own right.The atmosphere of the cafe was really nice too. There was nice loungey music playing in the background with some wall heaters that made the place feel cosy but not hot. The lady that was looking after everyone was really friendly and clearly very hardworking, a testament to the success of this place.We both said that when we have visitors that want to experience the best cooked breakfast, we will definitely bring them here (and of course, we’ll get to enjoy it again too :)

This is the third time we have not been happy with the food. My pancakes were not fresh, ready made and just chucked together! Asked for a refund! Also tin mushrooms and not fresh. Food was served within 5 minutes of paying so clearly just heated up. Unfortunately won’t be back again! I have to say it used to be amazing but not so good these days
I went here with my husband and a friend for brunch. We came on a Monday at 2pm and it wasn't busy, we were happy it wasn't that busy as i had friends saying they waited a long time outside.( its walk in only so it's understandable). So i thought is better on a Monday, wich it was. Very relaxing atmosphere, a clean place, and very good food. We had canadian breakfast and it was amazing. ( they also have the fresh made in house pancakes?) Strongly recommend .

I love eating at this lovely brunch restaurant! The portions are of good size and the price is right. I had so much to eat and even take home! I ordered the Canadian breakfast ( my go to) …. You can never go wrong with Cafe Yolk ! Ambience is okay .. food comes with no delays and the portions are good !
