Should have refunded my money, quite an amount. I have spent almost a week now trying to speak with someone in Head Office or the Pub. If you can get past their AI messaging you can leave a voicemail, but then you must rely that someone will call. Having used Twitter, FB, email and phone what else can I do other than despair! Sort this out..........I am not a happy bunnie.

Our waitress Seyna was wonderful- super friendly and efficient and nothing was too much trouble. My meal was a bit tepid but was quickly replaced and they were super busy for mother's day so I guess couldn't be helped. All in all would recommend- lovely family

The griffin was a great find for us, the food is faultless brilliant menu plenty of choice, Lucian who served us and looked after us threw out the meal is an absolute credit to the Griffin he goes above and beyond and because of him and the rest of the staff the whole experience was brilliant,we have been back several times and will continue.

We dropped in and had a couple of mains: steak and ale pie and a Cajun chicken burger. The food was good - very tasty. We were served by Megan, who was friendly and professional. Good experience and nice atmosphere.

Felt very much run of the mill, the food was average pub grub, the service staff were friendly though and the atmosphere was good, not quiet, not too busy, the tables where we sat were decently spaced out.
