I ordered a pizza using the website. I was unable to track the delivery but I could see the ETA. At around 15:45 there was a message that said my pizza had arrived. I had not received it. I waited a few minutes because this is not the first time this has happened. I've had problems with the Shinfield Road branch before but they're the closest one to me. After a few minutes I called them and they said the driver was on his way. So I waited another 5 minutes. I called back and they said my pizza was delivered. I told them it had not and they told me the driver said he delivered it. I said I do not care what the driver is saying because I still don't have my order. The person on the phone said he needs to check with the driver and then hung up on me. I called back and got no answer. I called back again and this time the person who picked up claimed to be the driver told me he delivered the pizza to my address. At this point I'm very angry because I still don't have my order. He then says they will make the order again and send it. After arguing with the staff the last thing I wanted was for them to make me another pizza. They told me I need to send an email to get a refund.

Pizza hut charged us for the cold drink for the order number 9461 Dated ( 28-May) ,however they did not send the cold drink in the order. When contacted they said that it is not there responsibility to see whether order is completed or not , they simply said this is Deliveroo responsibility and denied Refund.What a shame ? This is simply overcharging the customer and not refunding the amount for which services/goods are not given.

Absolutely awful! We ordered 2 cadburys caramel cookie doughs and 1 Ben and jerrys cookie dough ice cream, they sent us white chocolate caramel cookie dough and brownie ice cream! Called to let them know they’d sent us the complete wrong order to be told that they haven’t done what we ordered for weeks now! The man on the phone did not care one bit and said they won’t take them off their menu despite them not even selling them anymore!

Pizza was ok, but only half of it had cheese on, 1 star because it Gave me and my neighbour a bad stomach!!Definitely bad hygiene/preparation issues or food was contaminated! Will NEVER eat here again

Nice and easy to get to and parking is much easier than the Oxford Road one. The pizza was up to scratch to Pizza Hut's normal standard.

Awful service.. order was suppose to be delivered an hour ago. Tried calling the branch, no response.. finally after 30 mins and multiple attempts, someone answered the phone to update me that they are short staffed… btw, the pizza didnt arrive yet..Please close the branch or employ more people..

Awful service ..made a delivery order on Saturday at 5.50pm with an estimated delivery time of between 6.20pm and 6.30pm. Delivery arrived at 7.15pm..no apology and food was cold. Tried to contact branch but phone was engaged continually, so instead I emailed customer service (which is a joke as well) and got a reply basically saying time provided was an estimate and totally ignored my point about no apology and that food was cold, and they signed off hoping to see me again.They will never see me again, and I will take my business elsewhere, where customers are seen as important, and its not just about money and customers just being a number...shame there isn't the option for ZERO stars because that's all they are worth.!!

Ordered pizza for delivery, tracking showed that the pizza was being packed at 19:30, but 20 minutes later still no sign of the delivery. Attempted to phone the store but they weren't answering their phones, so as it is very close by I decided to walk over to get an update on my order. By the time I got to the store my pizza had just been sent out for delivery, so it had been sitting going cold for 30 minutes. But this is where things really fall apart, despite ordering via the Pizza Hut app the order was being fulfilled via Deliveroo.This store does not have enough delivery drivers, so is instead placing orders they have received on Deliveroo so they can use their drivers. This effectively means that any problems are dumped on Deliveroo to deal with, and because I was out when delivery was finally attempted I was contacted by Deliveroos customer services.Given at this point the food would have been cold even if had been there to receive it I asked for a refund. The person who claimed to be the manager said that refunds could only be processed via customer services. This contradicts the information on Pizza Hut's own website that states that refunds can be issued in-store. Still, it least it meant that in asking for a refund I could let customer services know just how poor this branch is.Clearly this branch is being run by people who do not appear to be capable of running a food delivery service in an efficient manner, and the entire experience this evening has been so poor that I will not use any branch of Pizza Hut again.

A horrible experience and will not be ordering from this location again. Food took 1.5 hours to be delivered while we were quoted 30mins. Food arrived cold and we were given BBQ chicken instead of peri peri wings as our side. There was no apology for being late and the restaurant did not answer our calls either in spite of trying multiple times.In hindsight I should have checked other reviews before ordering as I can see many reviewers have unfortunately had the same experience as us.

The worst service ever. I've called 25 times and cannot get my order. It's embarrassing. I've been waiting for over an hour now.
