I ordered a pizza using the website. I was unable to track the delivery but I could see the ETA. At around 15:45 there was a message that said my pizza had arrived. I had not received it. I waited a few minutes because this is not the first time this has happened. I've had problems with the Shinfield Road branch before but they're the closest one to me. Pizza hut charged us for the cold drink for the order number 9461 Dated ( 28-May) ,however they did not send the cold drink in the order. When contacted they said that it is not there responsibility to see whether order is completed or not , they simply said this is Deliveroo responsibility and denied Refund.What a shame ? This is simply overcharging the customer and not refunding the amount for which services/goods are not given.

Absolutely awful! We ordered 2 cadburys caramel cookie doughs and 1 Ben and jerrys cookie dough ice cream, they sent us white chocolate caramel cookie dough and brownie ice cream! Called to let them know they’d sent us the complete wrong order to be told that they haven’t done what we ordered for weeks now! The man on the phone did not care one bit and said they won’t take them off their menu despite them not even selling them anymore!
