We had a great time at Prezzo for a belated 21st birthday celebration for my brother. The whole front of house team came to sing happy birthday to him, which he hated - thank you! The food was amazing and the service was equally as great! We’ll definitely be coming back. Thank you all.

This is a lovely restaurant in the heart of reading. we had a warm welcome and shown to our table. It was slightly cool as the window I was sat beside was only single glazed. There's a nice choice on the menu with lots of options for vegetarians. The service was really quick and our food was absolutely delicious. We also had dessert, which was just as nice.

We go to Prezzo fairly regularly, thanks to my Taste Card deal, but yesterday‘s experience was extensional! The food was delicious and Nicholas who looked after us was very good….. professional, efficient and friendly.

Our family went there for dinner on a Saturday night but surprisingly there was only one table occupied. We ordered the crab chilli pasta but it was tasteless and had a bitter taste. The tre carni was ok but the side dish veggie was dried. The rissoto was also no taste. The only thing good was the berry cider. We ate in and out in 30-45 min like eating fast food. The waitress put down the dishes and left for chatting with her peers. Not recommend for an evening dinner.

Service is good. Food was Sainsbury's or Tesco's ready meals level. Ordered pasta, I was surprised that it came so fast in about 6 minutes. I realised that it was just warm, not hot. I can definitely say it was heated in the microwave or something. They serve pasta that was precooked and just reheat it and charge you 15 pounds for that.

Been going here for years but absolutely awful!the starters were ok but I had chicken with garlic butter a stewed up wedge of cabbage and a fancy named potato dish which was a jacket potato absolutely tasteless told the waitress but was not interested and gave me garlic butter but couldn’t eat it and refused to pay for it , it was empty in there and we still waited and waited they came with our mains and hadn’t cleared up our starters didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks !! Sadly gone down hill
5 of us today, excellent service, good food, great value for money in Reading town centre . Certainly best of all the “ Chain restaurants “ Will definitely return

Ate here 3 times in 6 days. Food is great and especially big shout out to George for being mega helpful service staff! Total legend!

The person looking after us was very friendly and efficient, it's a pity the food did not live up to much. It was cold , dry, gutless and not as described on the menu. We had the saltambuco. I've never seen a roast potato dished up as a jacket spud.Never again.

We ate there on Saturday 18th Nov. Avoid the Calzone - the dough was raw and in places uncooked. The replacement was edible but only just - very poorMy partners Sea Bass was little better - mainly crispy fish skinOverall very disappointed - will stick with Bills in the future
