Left my wallet at home realised as I was pulled up at the pump.Instead of being an a***ole and putting the petrol in anyway and going in and telling them after. I went in and told them first, big mistake. They said they couldn’t help me and I couldn’t fill out a no means to pay form as “ they don’t have them” I said what would you of done if I just put the fuel in and came in. His response was we would have held your driving license until you came back…how?? It’s in my wallet ?♂️.I’m a local who has always used this garage putting in a minimum £400 a month regardless of price. Looks like I won’t be going back.I asked to put £10 in just to get me home so I could get my wallet and fill up properly when I was back they didn’t want to know.
Incredibly rude staff. Refused to take my collect+ parcel and made up an awful excuse about not having a shelf to put it on. I could clearly see parcels on the floor and they tried to say mine was different as it was a return. Two of them behind the counter and one of them was smirking the entire way through the conversation. Utterly lazy. Looking through your reviews this seems to be a common theme...

Really bad customer service also they closing down every day about 11:30pm but on the website say open 24/7! Worst petrol station in reading!!!

Cx service doesn't exist! After when they change it landline number, they never pick the phone . Ridiculous

Absolutely ridiculous prices! Avoid this petrol station at all costs, there's an ASDA and a Morissons not far away that have much better prices. As the cost of wholesale has been dropping Shell have continued to increase prices. Disgraceful behaviour, but not surprising.

Absolute Rip off. Instead of reducing the cost of Diesel by 5p per litre as announced in the budget, they have increased their prices two days running by 7p per litre so that's 12p per litre more than it should be - Disgraceful
