Need to change openings times states it’s open to 23:59 always closed at 23:20 you ask to come in your told sorry your too late as they laugh in your face absolute joke of a place no wonder no body goes there anymore 100% disrespectful staff

Left my wallet at home realised as I was pulled up at the pump.Instead of being an a***ole and putting the petrol in anyway and going in and telling them after. I went in and told them first, big mistake. They said they couldn’t help me and I couldn’t fill out a no means to pay form as “ they don’t have them” I said what would you of done if I just put the fuel in and came in. Incredibly rude staff. Refused to take my collect+ parcel and made up an awful excuse about not having a shelf to put it on. I could clearly see parcels on the floor and they tried to say mine was different as it was a return. Two of them behind the counter and one of them was smirking the entire way through the conversation. Utterly lazy. Looking through your reviews this seems to be a common theme...
