Simply due to one of the staff going into the toilet still wearing his apron. Whether he went in to do the toilet or clean the toilet, apron should be removed before entering, basic hygiene.
I know it says eat fresh but I would take that with a grain of salt. Not bad for the occasional treat though. This is one of the better outlets i have visited. Just a shame none of them have mastered cleaning tables properly at lunch time.

Just had a lovely meal at this subway. I think it's either a family owned one or has a very nice family feeling. Really nice staff in here especially the tall chap. Lovely subway also:)
