Entire order was wrong. Paid for a big bottle of pepsi. Got a small one. Paid for Jalapenos on nachos. Got cold salsa with no cheese and stale chips. Wrong cookie? Not even sure how that one was done.

I've been there couple of times , food is great. But the service is really slow . Two customers Infront of me and I have to wait 30 minutes for my turn .

Staff where forgetful and vacant. No regard for food safety or prevention of cross contamination. I would not recommend eating here if you are vegetarian 0/10 would not recommend

Friendly staff, clean place and the ussual good, Subway food. How busy it gets at lunch is a statement towards how good it is!

Just had a lovely meal at this subway. I think it's either a family owned one or has a very nice family feeling. Really nice staff in here especially the tall chap. Lovely subway also:)

This used to be a pretty good store, but I have a feeling someone else has taken over this franchise recently? Turned up at 9am for a breakfast sub and they had NO bread available at all, and when I asked for at least a coffee then, I was told the coffee machine was broken! So I left empty handed, and I very much doubt I will be going back. Morrison's cafe a few hundred feet away does a good takeaway coffee....

Manager not wearing mask nor social distancing.Wears a badge saying exempt but happy to chat with b&m security who popped in for a chat not wearing a mask either - he didn't buy anything - they talked really loud and didn't following social distancing. They were talking about her breasts at one point... Hardly a topic one wants to hear when ordering food. I won't be going back...

Would not serve me because i did not have a face mask on even though under law you do not need to provide a reason for your exemption or proof of exemption and he was asking me to show a card . Absolutely discusting customer service and very embarrassing as i was told to leave the shopTuesday 6th april 2:40pm

After spending 30 minutes in line waiting to order the guy attempted to make my sub without changing his gloves even though i had just seen him make a ham sub and i am vegetarian i then asked him to gloves he only changed 1 and then tried to get away with it so i had to then ask him again to change the glove on his other hand . I wont be going back to this subway again

Firstly their delivery van parked outside has been clamped with a untaxed vehicle sticker on it . Restaurant disgusting , staff absolutely useless one too slow to catch a cold the other doesn’t understand a word you say . Avoid Avoid Avoid could definitely do with a health & Safety inspection URGENTLY.
