Our experience at Whittard in Reading was excellent, the store manager was very approachable and helpful and Lauren impressed us with the knowledge she has about tea. She was also very friendly and open to answer all of our questions and offered us some delicious tea to try. We left very satisfied with our bags full, thanks to Lauren’s recommendations based on our preferences. We will definitely go again and would 100% recommend it to anyone interested in quality tea and a lovely experience!

It's always a delight to pop into the store and pick up some bits, plus the samples there are great to see what new drinks are available.The staff are all very friendly and I keep coming back regularly to buy more and have a chat!
Very helpful staff. They do tasters of hot chocolate, the white hot chocolate is the best I've ever tasted. Busy shop but very good service and choice.
