I ordered a Golden Caramel Latte and a piece of Millionaire's Shortbread. The coffee was fine - nothing special, but the biscuit part of the shortbread was a bit too dry (perhaps from being in the fridge unit for a while).\\nStaff were friendly, helpful and approachable, and were also very on-the-ball with clearing and sanitising tables after customers had left.\\nThe WiFi there was slow and irregular, and the network kept disconnecting. I was not even able to book a taxi using it, and had to connect to another nearby open WiFi network

I totally disagree that this branch is hygienic and clean. No regards for COVID19. Staff are unkempt and have yet worked out what the hand basin and soap is for. Avoid at all costs. Poor COSTA training is reflected in the branch.

Friendly staff, lovely food and beverages and a calming atmosphere. Everything is socially distanced, clearly signed and clean.

the staff really need better people skills they dont communicate well. the do not listen carefully every time i go in theyve given me the order as eat in when i clearly tell them take away. then they dont apologize and ignore customers for a long time and are not very time efficient with their service. the worst costa chain ive been to all the others are very good.

The staff where very nice , they greated every one with a smile, which is not the case in other towns.
The only thing is it needs to.be a bit cleaner it just looked a bit of a mess.

I popped in on Fri 15th June they couldn't serve customers due to system went down so I walked out. On Sat 16 the June cash only and they didn't have change only one serving as other person went to the bank there was a que. Tables hadn't been cleared it was only 11 of clock. I I walked out again u need more trained staff that can run it smoothly .I love Costa coffee but I won't be going to that one again ,,

Not for me. Just don't see the big deal. That is not to say its bad. Just find the coffee far to earthy and strong. Hot chocolate was good though.
